ニュージーランド国境再開のロードマップ
先日、ニュージーランドの国境再開についてNZ政府から大きな発表がありました。
以下に要約をご案内致します。

Border reopening to begin from late February, to proceed in five stages.
NZ’s borders will be fully reopened by October this year. On the dates specified below, certain people will be able to self-isolate at home rather than in an MIQ facility. Currently the self isolation time is 10 days but that will likely be shortening to 7 days, and eventually there will be no need for self-isolation. At this point travelers will be given 3 rapid antigen tests to take home at the airport. The 5 steps are:
1 ：27 February at 11:59pm – fully vaccinated NZ’ers in Australia
2 ：13 March at 11:59pm – fully vaccinated NZ’ers from the rest of the world will be able to return under similar conditions, alongside some critical workers, and their families.
3 ：12 April at 11:59pm – up to 5000 international students (I am assuming this is tertiary)
4 ：No later than July (this date may be brought forward) – visitors who can enter NZ without a visa. This will apply to short term students.
5 ：October – all other visitors including those who need visas such as students
ステップ１：
2月27日11:59pmより、ニュージーランド人とニュージーランド永住権保持者は、オーストラリアよりMIQ（検疫隔離）なしで入国ができるようになる
ステップ２：
3月13日11:59pmより、その他の国にいるニュージーランド人および永住権保持者やスキルドワーカー、とその家族もMIQなしで入国が可能となる
ステップ３：
4月12日11:59pmより、5000人までの留学生やテンポラリービザ所有者もMIQなしでの入国が可能となる
ステップ４：
遅くとも7月までに（早まる可能性あり）ビザ不要の国からの入国（日本含む）が可能となる
ステップ５：
10月より全ての外国人や、ニュージーランドに入国するのにビザが必要な留学生なども通常の手続きで入国が可能となる
※上記入国対象者は出国時にPCR検査の陰性証明の提出が求められ、また２回以上のワクチン接種済みが前提。
※現時点では2回接種だが、ブースターが必要となるかどうかは今後検討される。
※MIQ（隔離施設）の代わりに自主隔離（現時点では10日間ですが、近々7日間に短縮される予定。）と入国時と自主隔離期間中にも抗原検査を受けることが要求される。
